We run tap water through a multi-stage deionization filter to remove dissolved solids (calcium, magnesium). This purified water is fed through carbon-fiber poles to scrub the glass. When the window is rinsed, it dries naturally without leaving behind mineral spots or soapy residues.
Do you carry proper business insurance?
Yes. We carry a $5,000,000 general liability insurance policy to protect against accidental damage. All our staff are background-screened in-house employees covered under CNESST safety protocols. We can provide proof of insurance prior to starting work.
What is included in a standard window clean?
Our standard window service includes washing the glass surfaces (interior and/or exterior), brushing and wiping clean the window tracks, wiping down sills, and removing and washing the screens. We don’t consider a job complete if tracks are left grimy.
Do you clean windows in rainy weather?
We clean windows during light rain, as rain itself does not dirty windows (it’s the dust/minerals on the glass that rain smears). However, if there are heavy storms, high winds, or safety hazards, we will contact you to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
