For pre-MLS-photo cleaning: ideally 5-7 days ahead. For a weekend open house: 3-5 days. For an emergency (imminent showing): we try for 24-48 hours subject to availability.

How long does the cleaning take?

Condo or 1-bedroom: 3-5 hours. 3-bedroom house: 5-7 hours. Large home: 7-10 hours. Always done in a team of 2-3 people to free up the property quickly.

Can you clean while the home is still occupied?

Yes, that’s actually the most common situation. We work around your furniture, your personal belongings, your daily routine. The goal: your property is showing-ready without disrupting your life until move-out day.

Do you handle home staging or decluttering?

Our service includes deep cleaning, not professional home staging. However, we do tidy areas, fluff cushions, align chairs, fold towels hotel-style, the visual impact is significant.

What if the home is empty (move already done)?

That’s actually faster. For an empty home, we offer a slightly lower rate than the brackets above, about 15% off. Also ideal before the buyer takes possession.

Do you accept payment via the notary at closing?

For amounts over $500, we can offer payment at closing (terms to confirm with your notary). Otherwise: Visa, Mastercard, Interac, direct transfer.
