If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons, our teams of residential cleaning professionals are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.

If our cleaning service team break something in your home please call us at once to discuss a resolution. If the breakage was our fault, we will replace the item.

You are not required to be home for a scheduled appointment. Depending upon your comfort, you can choose to be home during an appointment or to not be home at all.

We do our best to have the same professional house cleaner in your home every time we clean. However, sometimes due to vacations, illness, or cleans being rescheduled we will have to send a different cleaner or team instead.

We evaluate the size of your home, how many rooms will be cleaned, the condition of your home, and the frequency at which we’ll be coming to your home to clean. While the actual time to clean will vary depending on the area on rotation, we assign one fixed price for your convenience.
